Wakatobi National Park

Wakatobi National Park, is one of 50 nasoinal parks in Indonesia, located in the county Wakatobi - Southeast Sulawesi. The national parks of the total area of 1.39 million hectares, in relation to marine biodiversity, scale and condition of coral placed the highest priority on marine conservation in Indonesia.


The depth of water in the park is varied, reaching the deepest part Kilo 1 meter below sea level, Wakatobi National Park is currently a research center under the sea Wakatobi National Dunia.Taman consists of four main islands , namely scented perfume, Kaledupa, Tomia, and Binongko that are in Wakatobi, Southeast Sulawesi.
Coral reefs can find hundreds of types of dozens of families are over hundreds of miles of coastline. In some places along the reef, there are some underwater caves.
It has almost a hundred species of goldfish. Eurasia shrimp and several species of sea turtles lay their eggs on the beach frequently.
